Owner and Founder
Ron Moore, is a 5th generation Floridian, born and raised in Tampa, Florida. A proud graduate of Tampa Jesuit High School and The Florida State University. For the past 30 years, Ron has focused his resolve to becoming the most complete Benefits Consulting firm. The vision and years of planning culminated in 2016 with the formation of Providence Benefit Solutions. Ron has been entrenched in the industry of serving employers. Early in his career, he recognized an often-overlooked aspect of effective benefits consulting. The backbone of the companies that he and his team consult for is to serve their: “Treasure = Employees” with care, compassion, and education. The same way, you who are reading this would provide for your own family.
Ron has four grown children, Ron Moore III, Alli Moore Akers, Dr. Macy Moore McElwaney, and Daniel Moore along with grandchildren Mackenzie & Andrew. He is married to Kim Davis, who has two grown children, Andrew and Morgan, and granddaughter, Rowan.

Andrew is a hard-working individual who finds value in aligning his personal passions, experiences, expertise, interests, and ideals with his professional path. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Theater Arts from Eckerd College, Andrew continued his love for theater performance at Disneyland in California.
Within this experience, he was able to utilize his lively personality to bring joy to his audience. Andrew’s knowledge of theater technique and strategy, along with his physical talents and strength, allowed him to be a valuable entertainer to the Walt Disney World Company. Through his time with this company, Andrew received many superior awards, along with being selected to train incoming new hires.
Andrew’s passion for performance and providing a positive impact in the world continued as he earned his Master of Education degree in Elementary Education. He knew he could use his expertise in theater and performance to bring excitement and creativity to the classroom with the arts. Through Andrew’s ten years in education, he found joy in creating opportunities to mesh the arts into public education. Whether in the classroom facilitating student growth, coaching other educators through targeted professional development, or mediating between teachers, administrators, and/or the district, Andrew did so with the drive to create change and apply the arts to our public education system. He finds pride in leading with education and diversity in all he does. Andrew understands that the more knowledge people have, the more access they have to the world around them.
Joining the Providence team in September of 2021, Andrew quickly became a vital asset to the team— bringing education, equity, and belonging to our clients at the most superior levels. Andrew educates all employees about their benefits and how to utilize them for their personal lives. He takes the time to understand each employee and where they are in their lives to be able to compile the best benefits package for each individual employee. With his contagious positive energy, Andrew leaves employees feeling well-informed and joyful.
