How to participate and earn qualifying points?
Your employees are provided with a Health and Wealth Dashboard with wellness activities and services. By completing activities and/or using the services, they earn qualifying points that can be redeemed for Ancillary Insurance products. There’s something for everyone to participate in—from doing a health assessment and taking a short video health course to working with a health coach via phone calls or email and using telemedicine services.
Employees only need to earn 400 points per supplemental plan per year, approximately four activities/services, to be eligible. On average, this 400-point commitment can be finished within 2 hours total.

How it Works
Employees choose to enroll in the Health & Wealth Program and must participate by earning 400 points within their wellness platform.
The Health & Wealth program premium is deducted pre-tax as part of a section 125 cafeteria plan.
Employees earn credits that cover the cost of the program and their chosen supplemental insurance policies.

This program is designed to provide both wellness services and activities, along with supplemental insurance benefits without reducing your take home pay. By participating in this program, you are eligible to receive a fixed amount of money to select supplemental plans for you and your family.
•The premium for the wellness program is deducted on a pre-tax basis every pay period. You’ll pay less in taxes as a result.
•The same premium amount is reimbursed by your company every pay period on an after-tax basis. Your commitment to actively participate in the program (400 points or approx 4 activities per plan year) allows for this reimbursement
•The combination of your tax savings and the reimbursement creates excess dollars – these extra dollars are called your Benefits Bank and are used to purchase additional supplemental benefits providing you with a comprehensive benefits package without impacting your take home pay.

No. This is a qualified reimbursement; therefore it is not subject to taxes.

There is an obligation on your part. You need to actively participate in the program by completing activities, and/or using the services, all found within your Health and Wealth Dashboard. The requirement is 400 points per plan year which is approximately 4 activities/services. On average, this 400 point commitment can be completed within 2 hours total.

You are provided with an online health dashboard with wellness activities and services. Choose from the qualifying activities within your dashboard to satisfy your participation requirements. Qualifying activities include doing a health assessment, taking short video health courses, webinars, working with a health counselor/coach via phone calls or email, using the telemedicine or telephonic RN services. Earning 100 points typically takes between 5-20 minutes. You can use these services every day.

Yes!! The wellness benefits help your overall health and save you money on acute medical conditions. The confidential health assessment results identify potential health concerns. Life counseling/coaching offer ways to improve your current health and lifestyle. Tele-medicine doctors and nurses can help you 24/7 with minor health issues like the flu or an ear infection. Telemedicine Doctors can even write prescriptions and send them to the pharmacy of your choice! All included with this program, no extra fees. •Yes!! Most individuals are annually averaging over $1500 per year in additional voluntary benefits that they didn’t have before or couldn’t afford before. Voluntary benefits can cover you and your family. Most of these voluntary benefits are guaranteed issued , meaning they offer coverage regardless of pre-existing conditions.

No, your tax savings pay your administrative fees and there are no additional fees for everything included in your health dashboard.

This is a monthly administrative fee. Your wellness reserve dollars absorb the administrative fees of the program for you, meaning there is no reduction in your paycheck. Those fees are the costs of the dashboard setup, legal and compliance programs, and the administrative requirements to bring these wellness services to you.
